3. User Accounts, Registration, and Subscription
To access our SaaS products and Services, you must register for an account and subscribe to a plan. When you register, you agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account and payment information
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Provide valid payment information through Stripe for subscription billing

3.3 Account Termination

4. Payment Terms and Stripe Processing
Payment for our Services is processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By using our Services, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4.1 Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as selected during signup
- Fees are charged to the payment method you provide through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees
- Billing cycles begin on the date of initial subscription and renew automatically
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods through Stripe, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe in your region. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
4.3 Pricing Changes
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice
- Price changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address
- Existing subscriptions will continue at current rates until the next billing cycle
- Continued use of Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of new pricing
4.4 Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment according to Stripe's retry schedule
- You will be notified of failed payment attempts via email
- Repeated payment failures may result in suspension or termination of your subscription
- You are responsible for updating your payment method if it expires or becomes invalid
4.5 Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
4.6 Currency and Taxes
- All prices are displayed in the currency specified during checkout
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees
- Taxes may be calculated and charged based on your location and applicable tax laws

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coding Protocols Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
